1.发布垃圾信息的虚假账号
2.账号存在安全风险，有被盗用的可能
3.存在违反Twitter规则的推文或行为
4.而且Twitter官方也承认，会有错误冻结的可能。因此，如果不存在以上三种情况，可以尝试申请解除冻结。
